HAPPY New Year Everyone!!1. I have lost 10 pounds so far. 10 more left.  I want to tone up more.  Also, sorry I have not been on for a while. I have cut my calorie intake enough to loose 1 to 1.5 pound a week. I rather loose it slower then fast. I still workout 6 days a week. been very bussy. We had to postpone the wedding 7 months from now due to his grandmas death, it the culture in iran that if a close family member dies no parties or special events for at least 6 months,  but that’s ok because it gives me more time to tone up. hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with workouts and eating well.

I slacked off for two days, but thank god I did gain anything I had lost but, as of today I am going to get myself back on track and will keep everyone up to date on how I do.

O had a slip  today..my calories went kindsa high, but I still worked out plenty.

Sep 8th - beauifying journey

So the past three days, I have been doing really welll as far as diet and workout.,. It’s still Ramadan, but I don’t fat everyday,because I have to stay hydrated at the gym. So I only fast some day’s and the days I fast I still go to the gym, but I drink plenty of water  at 5:30am. my friends came over with a lot of junk food, but I did not eat any. The only thing I ate was half a slice of my own homemade pizza, with veggies on little cheese, so It went really well., I still had fun with my friends without the food. Ramadan is almost over, and I am ready to increase my workouts after it is over.

I did Sooooo good today with my diet, and my workout was awesome, I ran five miles and did 30min elliptical.

I slipped a bit yesterday, but I am back on track.

OK, so I lost three pounds, but yesturday and today did not go so well. I did not eat junk , but I ate a bit too much. However I am gonna get back on track.My fiance wants to have the wedding sooner. He say’s a year is too long and that he wants us to get married sooner. HE want to have the wedding atounf december. That was a bit to soon for me. I decided not to object right away, but I decided to let him know none of the ventues will book that soon, and if they do they will charge way more. So we agreed mid March. I have also started gown shopping, so I can get a feel of what kind of dress I want to lean toward, but am not buying a dress till a get the bosy I am satisfied with by that time. I never thought planning a wedding can take so much time. All together though as far as diet not bad, I have my weak days, school and work have been keeping me buzzy as well. Hope everyone else is keeping up with there goals and life also. Keep up the work everyone, there are bad bads and good days, but at the end of the day we all have similar goals and should help each other keep up.

Working has been going great, so has the diet, but now that school has begun its been extra stressful. I least I can look forward to graduation, and my wedding to keep me going.

 ” I really don’t understsand why some parents dont want to listen, even when they know what they are hearing is best. “Oh well…..all I can do is give them advice,and have my bosss explain the case in further detail. I am not the one at who is effected , its the poor kid hurting from the situation.

Day 5&6

after that one day that I messed up with my diet, I have been keeping up very well again. I have also been working out great, considering that fact that I fast for the month of ramedan until 8. once I break the fast, I eat very healthy. Mostly fish, chicken, vegies, and little fruit. I also am taking into consideration what fruits I eat, I try to pick up ones with low GI index. today I had SWIRL ( frozen yogurt) ,8OZ sugar ( 160cal) that was my trreat of the week.
